- Egge is a beta with a touch of alpha and is an expert in the field of Data Science in healthcare. He holds a PhD in Experimental Particle Physics and a Bachelor in Philosophy. He has a curious nature and a passion for communication. He does not easily fit into boxes and uses that ability to build bridges. Egge tries to be a good father to the three young sons he and his beautiful wife have together. He works as an independent consultant, supervisory board member and teacher. He teaches at various universities and advises stakeholders in healthcare, from government to start-ups. Egge is also much in demand as a speaker and chairman of the day on the themes of Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Complexity and Innovation.

With powerful algorithms and artificial intelligence, tasks can be performed at lightning speed. How can we tackle major social challenges with a data-enabled and learning approach?
