- Oscar Dalmau Ibañez For the past 2 years, Director of Innovation and Development at UCF, a continuing education center that belongs to the health system in Barcelona - Catalonia. He has been the CEO of this organization for 12 years. Vice President of RECLA - University Network of Continuing Education in Latin America and Europe. Professor of the Chair of Leadership in Values at the University of Manresa. He has held management positions in different academic organizations: international center for simulation and continuing education at the University of Manresa, institute of continuing education at the University of Barcelona. Author of the book "Talent Development in Health Organizations", he is co-author of different articles, chapters and publications related to Corporate Universities, with instructional design, with e-learning and corporate learning. He is co-author of Management Colors and Healthcare Skills Toolbox. MBA from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. Postgraduate in Management of Training in Organizations. - Healthcare organizations are undergoing intense processes of change and transformation: challenges in humanization, improvement of the patient experience, personalized and value-based healthcare, digital health, quality and safety patient, sustainability, etc. In these scenarios, it is necessary to develop new soft and power skills to enhance adaptability, flexibility, and adopting digital advances; to improve learnability, innovation and open collaboration; to promote and facilitate new culture and enhance team well-being; etc. Healthcare Skills Toolbox, it is a gamified tool with cards, which is used in training for managers and professionals in the health sector: 1. Identify the challenges in health organizations 2. Associate the critical skills that they must develop 3. Go deeper into the ways to develop these competencies, not only through formal training. 4. Discover models and reference frameworks of international health organizations, regarding each card - skill 5. Develop an action plan to develop these skills. Complementary, through virtual access, they have more information available on each competency and skill, related micro-learning, as well as work guidelines to improve them. Healthcare Skills Toolbox has been tested with more than 200 health organizations (Spain, South America and MENA region), that has been developed in partnership with the University (UManresa UVic-UCC), that allows for the design of personalized learning paths and microcredentials in leadership, soft skills and power skills, and connects this competencies with the specific challenges of the health organizations and teams.
